At TW'z Kreative Boutique, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please contact us. We are here to help! Please feel to contact us if you have any issue with your order!

How to Reach Us
You may contact us on our website or by email/text. Our team operates five days a week, 24 hours a day. We always guarantee a response within 24 hours.

Additional Notes about warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You can contact our team by website, email, or by phone.

All return items must be in brand new condition: unused/unworn, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 14 days since your original order receipt is eligible for a refund. There is NO refund for any "Personalized" items unless it is an error on our end. For full refund requests, items must be returned in its original state: unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in the original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label and NO problems, your refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

* Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipping back to the address given by customer service. Unless there was a defect in product, customer is responsible for shipping fee. Please kindly send email with your order number and returned shipping number after package is shipped out. 

Reason items cannot be returned: personalized, damaged/worn...

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing return.
